REGISTERED ADDRESS
By law, every company must have a registered address for communication. The registered address must be a physical location, but it does not have to be the place where you operate. The Registrar of Companies does not accept companies using a Post Office ("PO") box number as their registered office.
Setting up a physical registered office in Hong Kong is compulsory for companies to maintain the company's statutory records and receive government legal documents. We can provide our virtual addresses which is comply with government registration address requirements.
COMPANY SECRETARY
According to the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong laws, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong must appoint a company secretary to perform the company's legal responsibilities, including preserving the organizational structure and filing changes in shareholders and directors with relevant government departments.
Furthermore, we prepare company meeting agendas for the board of directors, prepare for annual general meetings of shareholders, and provide professional consulting services and advice on relevant laws and regulations.
Hong Kong limited companies must appoint a company secretary and submit an annual return to the Companies Registry every year. We can act as company secretaries and handle all necessary filings.
